Hello! I've been offline for a few weeks because of exams, last time I was on was when the christmas patch was still happening I think. I downloaded and installed the newest patch yesterday and can't seem to be freezing enemies with any of my ice attacks (I'm doing damage but they remain unfreezed). I would love some help with this since it's been pretty frustraring.... thank you in advance!!!!!
There was a new client update. To fix the freezing issue, you can set your client to run in compatibility with Windows 7 (yes, this is the solution). See: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/still-crashing-after-76-1.200777/ Note: you don't need the alternate setup in the link to fix this particular issue, but if you experience any crashing that's another resource for you.
