Hi may I have help getting PIC reset for 2 accounts it's not sending it to the emails. Character name: Frugivore, and ExpVendor each on seperate accounts. I can remember the user/pw and pin but not the pic.
As the email address is case sensitive, please key it exactly how you register it If you are still unable to get the emails even via junk/spam, you would have to submit a manual verification request https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/
