Just gotta keep reminding yourself this; smoking offer nothing beneficial at all. It's a waste of money, it's bad for your lungs, it makes your teeth bad and yellow, and it makes the people around you a secondary smoker. Keep a strong mental fortitude, and keep the cigarettes away. Spoiler: Smoking causes these!
