What is the reason the user is closed I only do bosses solo and do not even talk with anyone and check my stor every 2hr??????????!!!!!!!!

The Account with those IGNs is not banned. However, the IP address you are connecting from is. Try connecting from a different IP.
Your IP is blocked because a Hacker used that IP to hack while playing Royals in the past. This is common for free IPs and IPs that are used in common areas like school dormitories, public libraries and internet cafes. You need to connect from a different IP than the one you are currently using.
