Solved [Solution Given] Packet Loss Issue Since Xmas Patch

    I have been experiencing random lag spikes and even disconnects to the log in screen ever since the xmas patch went live. Although it happens less frequently now, it still happens enough that I cannot reliably go on extended expeditions like horntail or CWK without potentially dcing. Have tried many fixes including the compatibility mode fix but I don't think it applies to my situation. Here are the MTR readings of my connection whenever I did experience the lag. Have not been able to capture a disconnect instance yet.

    Would appreciate any help from staff members. Honestly at a loss as to what to do. Disconnects are also random so it's hard to be able to catch one.

    Caught a dc while monitoring network status. Looked identical to the snapshot provided above except it had been running for 10 min at the time. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. @Matt

    UPDATE: Was able to complete a 2 hour long HT run without any noticeable packet loss. Not sure what the devs did but for now seems like issue is fixed. Thanks admins and dev team!

    it has been fixed on my end too for unknown reasons been no packet loss for over 2 weeks
