IGN: BlingBlingz, MidnightMoon, BuckIsNear Problem: Lost 15WA SCG Details: I made a character BlingBlingz many months back at level 1 and did not play it. On 19th Feb, I started playing the character and transfered my items over to BlingBlingz from MidnightMoon/BuckIsNear. I did not play from the 20-26/27 Feb as I was away from home. On the 5th March 2pm servertime, I wanted to transfer my equips back to BuckIsNear. However, I am unable to locate my 15WA SCG anywhere is my accounts. I hope that the staff will be able to assist in tracking down on where my SCG have gone to as it cost is very dear to me. Thank you
We are not aware of any issues regarding non-cash items disappearing. The item must have disappeared by either; being destroyed through scrolling, being dropped, being traded, being sold to an NPC, or being sold through a merchant. We do not log every single action, therefore unfortunately we cannot tell you which one of those methods caused the loss of the item. We won't be able to refund you for the loss of the item.
