Closed My account is blocked or deleted, tried using hotspot or VPN as well

    Is there anyway I can confirm my IGN with the user id to see if I'm using the right username?

    I remember logging in and used up the nx cash to gacha and got a chaos scroll.

    I think I have issue with using VPN as the firewall here keeps blocking Mapleroyal.
    Might be mistakenly banned

    I was able to log in with my other account with IGN: ResuCiter
    (shows that it is not VPN or issue related to modem)
