What does blacklisting do in the game?

I just had to "blacklist" an annoying troll/stalker. What does this do? Are they still able to find where i am like if they do "/find"? thx

 

It does nothing

 

I'm not sure what it does entirely, but it blocks you from seeing the blacklisted person's whispers (for now, the igns are case sensitive, but this is being worked on.) Note if they whisper you and you're online, they won't get a message saying that you didn't see it.
