Lagged out and cannot log back in

    Hello! I would like some GM help please.
    I lagged out of the game and cannot sign back in because it says my account is already logged in.

    If you get that message you need to log on to the control panel on the front page, then click character fixes and fix.

    I am sorry, I only just started playing on this server. Is there a problem if the password is longer then 12 characters?
