Closed ID deleted or block from connection

Would like to know why I was deleted/blocked, would like to appeal.

Last thing you did: I was training my cleric, went on my sin to go fm and search something and was disconnected. Now received ban message I believe.
Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure. (edit) I see, seems like collecting NX on different accounts isn't allowed. I guess its 1 per times per household.

What GM banned you (optional): I am not sure? Never saw one or even received a warning

Was it because of the Zakum Quest? I'm not gonna lie there, I spent over an hr in that quest struggling. I couldn't get past the 2nd stage even with youtube. So I looked up something that would help me just for a sec. I'm sorry. Is there anyway I can get my account reinstated?
