Punishment: Permanent ban.

Real World Trading - The act of exploiting the software or the game for any sort of commercial purpose, including buying or selling items, Mesos, or services for real-world currency or barter. Additionally, any and all solicitation, advertisement, or other promotion of the aforementioned, irrespective of the location of the act. Real World Trading involves the transaction of out-of-game services, items, or currency for in-game benefits. We understand that some players are interested in other activities, such as arts, crafts, or Twitch Streaming, and may wish to compensate those who assist them from either side with in-game benefits. However, this does place a player in a situation where they may be considered to have participated in real-world trading, at the discretion of Staff. We advise against any and all of these sorts of Meso-for-art trades. Furthermore, the act of soliciting real-world trading does qualify as an infraction of this rule, both in-game and out of the game, and therefore requesting any in-game item for real-world currencies or vice versa may result in consequences as per this rule at the discretion of Staff. For live streaming or similar content, the content creator should ensure they do not offer in-game items or services in exchange for followers, subscribers, donations, or anything else that may constitute real-world benefits. If a content creator wishes to give away items or Mesos, this must be done fairly to all viewers and not specifically for followers, subscribers, or donators. Additionally, content creators must not incentivize following, subscribing, or donating by rewarding such acts with in-game benefits.

Please elaborate on how you have obtained the following during your playtime:

• The funds to wash a 30k MP and 12k HP BS, as well as a 28k HP NL
• 20 WA FS
• 23 BWG
• 17 BFC
• 95/19 DPS
• 28 LUK 7 DEX elemental pierce earrings

Don't spare any details when you explain your item's origin. Giving staff insight into how these items came about would help us in getting to the bottom of this ASAP.

As for the wash of my mage, Iv'e started to MP wash him at lvl 15x. you can see it in the SS that i bought APR from skele/ht funds.
As for the the wash of my NL, Iv'e bought more APR(1000+) from 22 ATK BWG Sale to Hoxe for my NL when my BS was fully washed.(you can see it on SS)

As for the 20 WA FS my friend Ron AKA iNightL0rd borrowed them to me, there is a SS of it.

As for the 23 BWG iv'e scrolled some 3/6 BWG and CSed them. also bought couple of 3/6 BWG from FM. my BWG 23 pot BWG got +3 at first CS and went to 6/5.
Second CS was 11/4.(you can see a SS of me holding that 11/4 BWG)

As for the 17 BFC. Iv'e got it from a good friend that i know in real life his name in the game is InterCooler. unfortunately i don't have a record of this. he helped me alot you can see some SS of him giving me free WS to finish my claw.

As for the 95/19 DPS. Iv'e swapped my 94/19 DPS for Dylan's aka Menoetius he was playing in mapleroyals server since 2015 and he didn't mind to do me this favor since he quit this server.(no record unfortunately)

As for the 28 LUK 7 DEX Elemental pierce earrings i have bought them clean from OmegaArrows in game. also scrolled with the funds that i got from selling 12/2 RS and 12/3 FS.(Can see on SS and video of scrolling)

To summarize this ban appeal i would never go and buy anything for real money in any game i am 28 year's old and i am paying mortgage for my house for six years in a raw.
So iv'e got to say that i am committed to the bank because the loan they gave me and i will not be committed to any game.

i can provide bank documents of my mortgage that goes down every month and you will see that i have no extra money to allow on other things.

My last wish is that i just want you to ask yourself if you would have risk all your hard work, and when i'm talking about hard work i talk about being a slave at skele leech, running daily HT and making the legendary collector challenge.
would you risk it for only 17 BFC and a 95/19 when you already had 94/19 DPS?

my answer is NO i would have never ever risk all my hard work and think about getting anything from RWTers, just a reminder that while i was farming cards for NL i helped the GMs catch tons of cheaters which i hate and never buy anything from them.

I got the mask from Menoetius. From what I remember Dylan aka Menoetius gave all his gear to his friends you can check it up please. He played this server since 2015 was a known player and had a really good gear.

i self scrolled the 22 BWG,i made some 3/6 by myself and bought some 3/6 clean. Iv’e CSed this 22 BWG and got +4ATK. you can see 7/5 BWG in the SS and the progress and the sale.

you can also see in the SS that i bought from Xves the 59/12 DPS. The funds came from selling this 22BWG,There are also some SS that i passed scrolls on them.

I can recall that i sold leeches for full days also didn’t record everything how is that not significant amount of leech?
most of the SS that i took were not duplicated.. i am sure that if I’ll calculate the amount of mesos I’ve made in skeles only from the SS i took it will be more than 20B+ i also sold more hours that I have not recorded. I also ran HT twice a day and sold dozens of books which made more funds.

I think that you should take a look in the SS
Because if you are telling that most of the SS are duplicated that is wrong maybe that’s a couple of images. You can clearly see that the hours I’m selling the different people who pays me.

In addition if you ask where the 22 BWG came from it seems to me that you didn’t see it and the scrolling progress on it. In the SS folder I’ve shared with you.

I hope you will take the right action in that appeal because as I explained i have no reason to buy gear in real money while i am paying mortgage for six years and has no money to spend on it.and also you saw in the SS that i got my gear legally.

I Can't see the problem here. iv'e sent you clear SS from where my funds came from plus you can ask your close friends in oblivion who was Dylan and how pro he was.

Your response proves to me that you did not look at the evidence I sent you.

I really do not think it's weird that I had 94/19 DPS for this deal with Menoetius. I've been playing on your server for two years in a row since the Corna outbreak. I played from morning to evening on your server whether it's in HT or it's in Leech. I financed myself very nicely through my Bishop and there is evidence that I bought my DPS 94/19 clean and also all the other things, everything is documented. Please look at the photos I sent you and my first response.

In some of the evidence there are clear pictures that I went with Menoetius every day to HT with my bishop and when he retired he brought me a considerable part of his equipment. Yes it seems to me very logical that he could have given me his things if according to your logs my bishop was created before his retirement and there is evidence that he and I would go to HT every day and he and I are very good friends.

It has been awhile since my ban and i moved on , I have one request from you and that is your next response will decide whether I return to the server or not, I think there is no point in continuing the discussion here since I have revealed to you a folder with 500 photos proving that it does not make sense to pay money out of my pocket for such items.

 

I have explained to you exactly where my funds came from in my first comments in that ban appeal plus iv'e sent 500 SS that support my claims.
The problem is that you are abusing your power and ignoring facts.
