    Neither of the IGNs you listed are banned, nor is your IP you are connecting from. Have you tried resetting your router? Do you have the latest game files?

    Do you have other IGNs that you are not listing? I can PM you for those Account names.

    Thanks for checking for me. The rest are just storage mules so it's alright. I think it's maybe coz I moved to a new house and a new service provider and got a new ip. I'll try redownloading and resetting my router to see if it works. Thank you Stephen.

    Its fixed now thank you. I tried with my mobile data and could log in but could not login with my new internet provider network the other day. Did some trouble shooting and its ok now

    It sounds like you may have been assigned a banned IP address. Should this happen again, try power cycling your modem and router and then connecting again. Glad you have it sorted out.
