I think this happened because I have other accounts (mules, everyone does) and I voted for them. Sorry, I confess my mistake. I don't want to stop playing this game :/ I love this game. I started, I came back this year, on this server, I played maplestory Brazil (BMS in 2008). The last server played Gms (2018) but I don't like it. My mistake was, don't read
rules from mapleroyals server. If there is any way save my account, i ask GM's, save me. I would like recover my main Meigo. Help me GM's.

We do give a second chance to those who participate in minor vote abuse and in those cases the ban is temporary, however, It looks like you have voted way over the number that would be considered minor, therefor your ban is permement. If you believe that the ban was wrongfully given I will do my best to assist you to appeal your ban to the best of my ability.

Given that you have edited all of your posts, I'll be closing this thread. You can still reply to this ticket despite the closed thread prefix.

 

I was a little shaken. 4 months of intense play is not 4 days. And I'm noob on the server, still learning. I would just like to have my ip unlocked and play in the characters I really play, which are: Meigo, Oviajante, Altf4enter. I now know the importance of server rules and I never wanted to negatively impact the game. Consider permanent banning on all other accounts.

That's understandable. I don't doubt that you have invested a lot of time and effort into your characters.

The staff would like to honor the rules and maintain fairness when applying them so for that reason, unbanning just some of your characters isn't possible.

The only way to lift a permanent ban for vote abuse is if the ban was wrongfully given, but based on your initial post it doesn't seem to be the case.

I didn't do it with the intention of harm, I would like to tell you that I saw several players with numerous mule characters on the server I thought it was something normal. My problem was voting for them. I am not rich, I have no possessions and I have not harmed anyone. My range of characters is awful. MW20 is a dream haha. My bishop Altf4enter never looked at Genesis 30.
My Dk never looked at 130+ atk weapon.

To guarantee that, the penalties for breaking the server rules are exceptionally harsh. Even if you didn't have a chance to utilize the advantages you have gained by vote abuse, the ban must remain as you have broken the rules you agreed on when creating your account.
