Closed NX Item Disappeared

    Problem: NX item disappeared
    Details:
    couldn't trade or drop my:

    1x Neckerchief Fascinator (Navy)
    1x Neckerchief Fascinator (Purple)

    ...and i tried storing it in cash shop to see if it will get debugged. now they are both gone ~f4

    it happened like 5-15 minutes before this report, so that would be around server time 8 april 2022, 14:40. unfortunately i do not have any screenshots since i wasn't expecting this to happen.

    but if you are able to check my ribbon exchange logs, i have exchanged a total 4 neckerchieves but only two of them were traded away.

    Thanks for providing the info. Forwarded to admins for investigation.

    In future cases of a bugged NX item such as this one, please avoid storing it in the Cash Shop, as that would most likely result in its disappearance.

    Please note that in most scenarios character issues require an admin to look into it and a server check to resolve. Bumping the thread will not speed up the process. We appreciate your patience. :pepeboba:
