Solved [Solution Given] Frequent lagging

I previously posted here as well:

"Been lagging since early/mid December. Random lags every 30-60s in all maps and various characters. Frequent DCs and unable to finish boss runs. With the troubleshooting measures, now random lags every 1-2 min. Interesting that Patch 76 fixed the lag (though I had blackscreen Dc issues like many others), but 76.1 brought the lags back."

I did not have any lag issues before December. Patch 77 did not help with the issue. Still lagging randomly, averaging once every 30-60s. Occasional DCs leading to difficulty completing boss runs.

The only thing I can think of that may have coincided with the lag are Patch 75.2 and upgrading from windows 10 to windows 11 (if I recall correctly, the system upgraded a few days after the lag started, but I could have remembered wrong).

Any troubleshooting suggestions would be much appreciated!

I don't know, I'm in self ban. I didn't see it mentioned in any of the recent patches.
