You gotta give some more details than that. Giving vague "it doesn't work" to everything is never going to resolve your issue. Posting screenshots of what you've tried might help too. I've seen a lot of issues where someone says they've taken a step, but when you tell them to show what they did it turns out they're accidentally doing something else. Details about your operating system could help too. Have you tried running it in a virtual machine? Starting up virtual box and running it there to see if it changes anything could be a good idea.
