Game Hacking - The act of using or benefiting from any third-party program or macro program, editing or defacing any part of the game to gain any sort of advantage over other players, or otherwise selling, advertising, distributing, or posting information related to the act. You are allowed to rebind keys in a 1:1 action matter with third-party software as there is no direct benefit in doing that overusing the default keys. We also allow the use of controllers and remapping software for example, as long as the player can reply while playing to not be mistaken for a bot. Please be aware that scripted macro programs which control your character will be considered a game hack and subject to punishment under this rule, and not under Moderate Infraction - 5. Robotic Play.

You are absolutely right! Meso bomb glitch does fall under glitch abuse and will result in a temporary 14-day ban, however, based on the evidence I reviewed several times now, it appears that it isn't the only tool you have employed in your bigfoot hunting.
I dont even know there is a glitch until i read some of the post posted in the forum. I only know i was farming at big foot in a laggy server which resulted in mutiple disconnection and suddenly i was banned. What other tools you are referring to? another glitch that i wasnt aware of? Ignorance isn't an excuse for breaking the rules you have agreed upon when creating your character. I also discourage you from shifting the blame on lag as this argument is dishonest at best. The reason for your permanent ban is the third-party program you used to avoid taking any damage while you abused the Mesos bomb glitch. I hope that answers your question.
The message i am trying to bring across is simple enough to anyone that i am just explaining what happened to me before my account was banned and not shifting the blame on lag. Secondly, i just felt that it is really unfair to impose a ban when the glitch is not made known to starters like me. I am just bombing my meso, how is that abusing of glitch? And it is a glitch in your server in the first place. Lastly, is dark sight considered a 3rd party program? Or is it another glitch in the server? Can you also check how many times i have died in that map?

1. I recommend that your team work harder to remove such glitches causing confusion to players who do not surf the forum and thereby being subject to a ban. 2. I would also like to reiterate again that I did not use any 3rd party program as part of my gameplay. Perhaps a review of internal processes regarding how a player is deemed using a 3rd party program is required to prevent such unfortunate incident from occuring again. Thank you for your time.
