Solved [Solution Given] help me install?

    Try running as an administrator. Also make sure you don't have any overly aggressive antivirus messing with it. Some get upset with royals simply because it isn't signed by a known publisher.

    I have run as admin, still get the same issue.I do use avast but cant seem to get it added to the exception list. everytime it pops up I click add exception, then later in the install i get that popup

    This error code is caused by your anti virus blocking the installation

    You would have to add an exception to your anti virus - if unable to add the file itself, you would have to exclude the entire folder
