The quest: 'Do Gong's Teaching' / 'The Lost Document' Has a very very very low droprate compared to other stuff. I'm an avid quester and like to combine it with grinding/pqing, and so far 99% has been completely scaled to the Royals rates! But not this one, actually over 300 mobs killed for just these 10 pieces, 200 of which were for the 10th..... (seems like an actual programmed in thing that the last of anything always takes stupidly long somehow) This feels very out of the ordinary when looking at how well the other stuff matches with the Royals droprates etc., though quest droprates may be a separate thing I can definitely tell there has been tweaking for it, perhaps based upon feedback alone which is why I decided to just send this in. Thanks!
I remember this quest has low droprate when i was playing in real server but will say no to droprate change. Its ur choice to do it or not Edit: bookghost spawn is way better than real server btw
Drop rate is very much randomly generated I remember this quest was an easy collect during my first character for quest medal (less than 5 mins), then on my second character it took more than 15 mins Same as Kenta's Advice quest for pet - it took me 30 mins x MANY DAYS to finally get the last piece during first character, then done within 10 mins for my second character
Going to close this. I am also an avid quester, and have never had an issue with the drop rate in this particular quest over 3 virtuoso medals. There are some easy quests and some hard quests. Some times I've had the opposite experience; super easy quests took absurdly long because some item was just...not... dropping. Appreciate the feedback!
