Hi all, Just created an acc, new to the game and I keep getting disconnected after choosing my character 'Pop up message as attached in this thread'. Tried to run as administrator/change to windows 7 etc but nothing works. I have redownloaded 3 times, tried to search for tips in forum (some said such issue automatically resolved by itself after 2 days?) but still couldnt run the game. Everything works fine from the login page till character choosing. Any advice? Is it something common?
I'm also having this issue as well, i thought it might have been my vpn but even with it turned off i get the same issue
Not sure why this would happen, however one thing I would like to suggest testing is disabling ipv6, you can follow this guide on how to do this: https://networking.grok.lsu.edu/article.aspx?articleid=17573 Let me know if this helps.
I am also experiencing this issue and when checking to disable IPv6, it was already turned off. Is there any other possible fix I could try?
It would help if you can provide character names so that we can check for any error logs on the server.
I'm a little sad that there's no immediate fix, I was looking forward to playing with a friend today. Hope something comes up.
