    my main characters bishop is rejuvenate .sorry my english not good. I mean I only remember these ign because I do not have access to my account now. Could you please let me know what the reasons are behind my ban, and I will try my best to explain. I am pretty sure I am acting well and should not have violated the rules.

    Is it possible that the character name is rejuvenateS and not rejuvenate?

    The account recovery is done by an admin who will verify the information you have provided and ask you further questions to aid you in the process of recovery.

    I rely on your patience in this matter as the time it might take an admin to attend to your support ticket heavily depends on their workload. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    I already changed my password; but I can not change my PIC or my PIN, because in the CONTROL PANEL I get the following:

    1. You do not have a PIC set!

    You will have the option to set up a PIC and a PIN once your account is unbanned by an admin. Meanwhile, if you wish to do so, you can start a new character while you wait for your old account to be recovered.
