Hi IGN: Atts Problem: Client stuck - crashes after logging in. Details: The problem arose after I arrived in Aquarium (have Balloon Dog with no swimming animation). As soon as I reached the map the client crashed. Error code: You appear to be missing a few files needed to run the game. Please visit royals.ms and download the latest version of the client. Have this so believe buggy pet is the problem. When I try to relog it instantly dc's me. If it's possible cab you move my char to say Ludibrium or just out of this map. Would appreciate your help so I can play again. Also, to prevent this happening can I change my pet? I bought the Dog and Tail - refund so I can buy another? Hope this can be done

Thanks Nut. A friend managed to get me out of the map but I would like a refund for the pet and tail so it doesn't happen again.
Sorry to hear you are having issues with the pet. I actually warped you to Henesys thinking you were still stuck, sorry about that! As for a refund, we can do that, however the issue will be getting fixed in the next patch. And the refund needs to be done during a server check also, which might be the next patch anyway.
Hi Matt. Henesys warp was fine! Since the fix is next patch, I'd like to keep my Balloon Dog. We've formed a bond Would you be able to confirm the fix after patch? Just so this problem doesn't recur. I'd appreciate it!
The Balloon Dog should function as normal while swimming as of Update 80. Hope your bond stays strong!
