    Have you tried re-installing your game files?

    That situation sounds like corrupted game files

    In addition to what Dave said, I recommend deleting any files/installation related to MapleRoyals before installing the game files again.

    Yes, I have the same issue as his. I guess that happens because of Win11 system, there might be some corruptions between the latest windows system and Maple clients. Before I updated windows version, I had never had an issue like that.

    Might be Royals not working on Windows 11 yet

    Try these steps if possible

    Run Old Games on Windows 11 by using compatibility mode.
    Right click on the game shortcut.
    Select Properties.
    Shift to Compatibility.
    Click Run compatibility troubleshooter.
    Please check Run this program in compatibility mode for if you need to select a specific operating system manually.
    Click OK and try to play the game again.

    Thank you for guiding. To be honest, the method is totally no use for that issue. However, there is an update of WIN11 on June 17th 2022, which seems to have the corruptions fixed. The issue still exist, but I found it appeared much less today.

    All in all, I can draw a conclusion that the issue definitely happens due to compatibility of the system.

    I emulated Windows 11 and let me tell you that it brings many errors with compatibility and its Windows defender is that it has given me headaches to install mapleroyals in the new system

    also the edge chromium browser has even more protection which when I downloaded the mapleroyals installer it was instantly blocked protecting the system

    I would recommend you go back to Windows 10 because Windows 11 is a headache to configure >.<

    I totally solve the problem. Using win11/10 these later version system , you may need to download the IMG version while not WZ ones. :chillin::chillin:
