Hello! 1-My husband and I have played this server on and off for years and now our two oldest daughters and my autistic brother in law have started playing. 2-We applied for the whitelist and I checked on my application regularly. One day it was gone. I read the description as to why it would be deleted and it says, "Voting Whitelist applications have the tightest privacy settings on the forum so that your personal information such as name, photograph and account details are not revealed to others. However, just in case the custom privacy settings are accidentally changed - for example, as a result of an unforeseen issue with a future forum software upgrade - we take extra precautions to safeguard your privacy. Once applications have been accepted (or rejected) for long enough that players will know whether they've been accepted/rejected and will have had time to ask about any issues they have with voting, we soft-delete the applications so that they cannot be seen by the public even if something goes wrong with the forum privacy settings. "Soft-deleting" means that the thread is not permanently deleted and can be restored and re-opened if needed. We do this purely to keep your personal information as safe as possible and it does not mean that you have been kicked off the whitelist! =)" 2.1-It was just gone. Nothing was stated that there would be an accepted/rejected tag. It was just gone. Now that I was online playing with my mother in law this morning, leeching her at Muddy Banks 2, all was well with both of our accounts. Then suddenly my husband tries to log on and join us and it gives him the delete/blocked from connection error. Well, since his mother and I are online, it has to just be the router, right? So we reset the router, which then kicked my mother in law and myself off the servers. Once internet was up and running again, we all tried to log in and welp, none of us can log in again. 2.2- What more information do you need for us to prove that we are, in fact, an entire family that likes to play this game together? 2.3-My mother in law is disabled and can't read. She never plays alone because it causes her anxiety when someone else tries to talk to her or she tries to do any kind of questing. 2.4-My brother in law is autistic and can't read. He never plays alone because he always gets confused and lost. 2.5- My daughter can read just fine, she just doesn't talk alot. 2.6- You are welcome to ask our guildies: PipTrader, Kongispriest, Benhartjugo, Toolongdao, Renataglasc, or any of the other ones. They are very polite when our daughter is on because we have asked them to be. They get offended if any guild member says anything not appropriate when she's online and we've had to let some people in our guild go because they said some things that were highly inappropriate. PipTrader has actually spoken to my entire family on discord. 2.7- If this is about voting abuse, trust me. We DID NOT KNOW that we COULD NOT vote once the whitelist application had been soft deleted. There is no wording as you can see above, that states that the applications are only soft deleted AFTER an acceptance or rejection has been made. I WAS ONLINE less than an hour ago. I was not kicked off of the server. I disconnected because we reset our router! 2.8-Do you need a list of things that are purchased with the nx?? Because I'm pretty sure you can see that not everyone in the household even votes daily! 3-Please help us. We have all really enjoyed being able to play as a family. 4-There are 5 accounts in total that have been banned. Again. You have been banned permanently for major account sharing. There is no moderation log on your Whitelist applications for any deletions of the threads.
This is ridiculous. Perma banned for major account sharing in a household of 5 people in which 2 of the members are disabled and unable to read or write. Thanks.
And I swear I checked and it was gone. So I went in search of why my whitelist application was deleted. That’s when I found the thread explaining the soft delete.
Hello, I apologize for the delay. I had some personal matters that kept me away from the forums the last two days. The permanent ban is being applied due to evidence we have that conflicts with your claim of their being five separate people playing, and of the people that actually are playing, they were logging in to each other's accounts on several occasions.
It’s fine. We are over it. We showed you proof that there were 5 of us playing. I just don’t understand the whole sharing accounts thing. Mostly all that was done was logging into my daughters account to leech her while she wasn’t home. How is that any different then leeching someone else in server and they afk? Just because it’s on the same computer? We can have multiple clients open with our own accounts on the same unit, but not help our family members out? Either way, it doesn’t matter. It’s your server, your rules. We ended up finding a server that doesn’t ban people for sharing accounts as it’s at the players own risk. Have a nice day.
