You have been permanently banned for macro botting.

Punishment: Permanent ban.

Game Hacking - The act of using or benefiting from any third-party program or macro program, editing or defacing any part of the game to gain any sort of advantage over other players, or otherwise selling, advertising, distributing, or posting information related to the act. You are allowed to rebind keys in a 1:1 action matter with third-party software as there is no direct benefit in doing that overusing the default keys. We also allow the use of controllers and remapping software for example, as long as the player can reply while playing to not be mistaken for a bot. Please be aware that scripted macro programs which control your character will be considered a game hack and subject to punishment under this rule, and not under Moderate Infraction - 5. Robotic Play.

Sadly, it doesn't seem like a mistake. I've double-checked prior to replying to your ticket.

 

Lately my Client is crashing while training I think its might be glitch on server or something no offence ,so I decided to take a break and sadly today i came back to play I cant join the server
I'm Accused for no reason ...

 

No offense taken. You have been undoubtedly using a macro program to gain an unfair advantage over other players. I assure you that the MapleRoyals staff has no reason to ban players who don't break our game terms of service, which you obviously did based on the evidence I've reviewed. Thank you for your time, and best of luck in your future endeavors. Your appeal has been rejected.

 

- of course you will reject my appeal there is nothing new after I reviewed other people appeals 99% rejected.
- unfair on what I don't play everyday , I don't even Vote everyday !
- If you truly Call your self Staff do something positive.

Please keep in mind that you are entitled to one ban appeal as a player. Any potential tickets you might wish to create in attempts to sway community opinion to negatively impact the staff or protest your ban duration can result in forum warning points or your ticket being locked without a follow-up. To clarify further: Your ban duration is indefinite and won't be changed under no circumstances as you intentionally gained an unfair advantage over other players.
Any potential attempts to evade the ban duration will result in a follow-up ban on any character you might wish to create in the future.
