    Last thing you did: It's been a while since I played, the last thing I remember doing was buying a zhelm. That was years ago maybe? I don't really remember.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know, I don't remember breaking any rules
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please Check again.
    What GM banned you (optional):

    I tried resetting my router by leaving it unplugged for 1 minute, but I still get the message.

    Huh, I totally forgot I made that post, I guess I was a little too patient lol. Yeah, the last time I tried to play the control panel was not out. I'm able to log into it now and have verified my email and changed my password. I just need to be unbanned so I can finish setting up the new security features for the first time in-game (the security panel tells me "Please log into the game and set a PIN/PIC to help keep your account secure").
