Okay. So I found an old ban appeal from you here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ban-appeal.147055/ Based on how that concluded, I assume you were not able to reset your credentials because the Control Panel was not out yet?
Huh, I totally forgot I made that post, I guess I was a little too patient lol. Yeah, the last time I tried to play the control panel was not out. I'm able to log into it now and have verified my email and changed my password. I just need to be unbanned so I can finish setting up the new security features for the first time in-game (the security panel tells me "Please log into the game and set a PIN/PIC to help keep your account secure").
