    No, I didnt..
    the rogerfede IGN was at first of my little brother and when he quited this became my mule. Since then I have never voted. and even when he was his char, we voted not from same Wi-Fi to not to get this situation. you can check the ips of the votes.
    I have alot of good items, why should I take this risk? I don’t really need this NX, I bought RP instead.
    Check this again please, you got a mistake here. And if something like that have happened it was maybe but maybe 2 times that I was at work and didn’t calculated the time correct.
    I have played for a lot of time, I won’t would to take this risk when I have equipments that I can buy how much NX that I want.

    When he quitted There weren’t votes anymore at RogerFede. You can check that at all maybe this IGN has 10-12 votes.
    Tell me, if I’m a player that plays for 2years+- and leeching everyday to get 1.5-2.5b a day. Why should I take the risk for 8k NX that worth 27-31m?
    This reason may be right for some new ones that need every mill for pots or whatever.. player who plays 12 skele hour leech a day won’t even think about it. Ofcourse when he has 80 fresh RPS.
    Please check the times of these mixed up votes, I’m sure that you will find out that I’m right.
    I think that you guys have to turn on your logic in those case.
    I haven’t done anything that illegal and I feel ashamed that I have to write all our conversation here in front of all my friends.
    Please check when the last time that there were mixed up votes.

    All right. Your permanent ban will remain. Here is why:

    You admit that you and your brother voted daily, in your case, from different IP addresses. This is considered vote abuse. Only one account per household is allowed to vote once per server day UTC. If there is more than one person playing in a household, they have to apply for and be accepted into the Whitelist in order for each person to vote on one of their accounts once per server day UTC.

    Also, using your brother's account, even if he has quit, is considered Account Sharing:

    Punishment: Permanent ban.

    Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared. Please be aware that, in some cases as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a less harsh punishment. See Appendix for more information.

    So, based on what you told me, along with additional evidence we have acquired, I don't believe the Admins have made a mistake here. You were banned for Major Vote Abuse because your household voted more than once per server day UTC enough times for the Admins to deem the abuse as Major. You also admitted to account sharing, which is in itself, a Major Infraction and also carries a permanent ban.

    Your Appeal has been denied. I wish you well in your future endeavors.

    So you got me worng, I meant that he gave me the items and the Nx items. I have never logged there by myself.
    I have a few chars high lv that I putted a lot of work, real life money (RP)and long hours into them.
    about RogerFede- lv 30 player Sin who has STR who needs or wants this char? Meant just to the items and asked you to check the date of the mixed votes to make my arguments clear.
    If I have voted about more than a 2 years just in one char why should i suddenly after more than 2 years to start voting from 2 players for something like 5-6 times, in time that I have equipments that worth 100b+ And 80 fresh RPS? What will I get from this? More 150m from the whole votes at the time that I have 100b? It’s 0.15% why should I care and take risks for that? If it would be 10b for every vote I could understand that it could give me some advantages about others, but it’s 0.15% from my money, comon you can’t be serious to say this. And if I started to do it, why should I stop suddenly, you can see that RogerFede IGN has no votes for more than 3 weeks.
    And if he does it’s maybe 1-2 votes that my brother did from the army.
    My answers are super clear and are compatible to every claim that you have said.
    Im really trying, and trying hard to understand the logic that stands after this decision and can’t find it.
    you guys decided about something, that hurt me, I noticed you about that and told my arguments and I feel that you got what I say and every basic logic will understand it in less than 10 seconds, but you just trying to find now other reasons, just not to give me back my chars.
    When you ban someone, you know that could be a mistake there are never 100% true convictions, even not in court.that is the case HERE and not hard to identify it.
    The bans propose is to save the server, to keep the fun of the other players who are making everything in legal way, player like ME. Don’t let me get hurt by this.
    I’m really shocked that I even have to talk about this. You won’t find in whole history here 1 player that was rich already that would have gotten involved in vote major abuse, who cares about it? And to make it suddenly after 2 years for a few times? Comon I’m getting crazy from this

    I have merged your second ban appeal into this one. Do not create additional ban appeals or needlessly bump this thread. Doing so will result in warning points (forum ban). Even though the thread prefix is set to 'Close', you are still able post within it.
    Your answers are not super clear, and contradict some evidence that we have from what I can see. Also,
    This reads, to us, "The character rogerfede was owned by my little brother, and when he quit, I used it as a mule". This is clearly account sharing, on top of your initial ban of major vote abuse.

    While an admin has already investigated and determined that you have broken the game rules, Stephen has requested that an admin look over your case once more. We appreciate your patience. Do not bump this thread unless you have additional information to add pertaining to your case.

    im writing again and again and again because of the distress that i feel.
    without to disrespect other users, the situation here in my case is difrrent by FAR than others Major Vote Abuse,
    just because of the reasons i metioned already up here.
    take me seriously, im not 16 years old guy that came to spend at this server 1-2months at holiday and back to his business,Im 31years old,
    player who play for more than 2years, that spent alot of time here.
    Read my arguements clearly please,try to make the basic logic, you will get that im not lying in 1 moment. maybe i I didnt express myself correctly at first but then I explained about RogerFede case.
    same to Mahor Vote Abuse claim- I really made it very clearly.
    If there was 1% chance that im worng,i wouldnt get furious and restless and taking the chance to get expelled from the forum, i would just try to apologize and say that it never will happen again.
    But ITSNT the case here.
    respect me as i respected you and this server for our long time together and answer me fast as possible.
    I really didnt do anything worng or illegal.
    * admin my previous messages here are long, please read them in concentration,you will get the point that im trying to
    clarify.

    I didnt vote for xxluckylukxx IGN in last 2 months+-
    More directly- from the day Alfonsod was opened.
    And not even got logged into luckyclaw for very long time, no doubt that I didn’t voted there.
    Please check the ID of those votes(the luckies IGNS), I didn’t do it.
    if you will find that there were votes from my ID to those lucky IGNS I won’t say even one more word about asking to return my chars.
    Please read my arguements and try to get my point of view. I don’t need this advantage in time that I have everything that I need or want, that it much to lose..and what for? For another 28m for a day? I can leech 6 mins and to get it. there are some mistakes that you probably saw and I tried to make clear, as I told already, I didn’t do anything illegal. If there were any mixed votes at lucky that wasn’t from me, you can see that I didn’t have bought anything from cash there, I just logged to lucky some time to leech and that all.. didn’t use this char much from the day I started my dk/nl.
    Just take a decision together, you said some claims, I gave you my arguments+ some logic questions that I want you guys to answer yourself about.

    If you have the slightest doubt that I'm telling the truth, put it in my favor, by virtue of being a veteran player who worked hard and invested his money and time here.
    The reason for the ban, the dates on which joint votes were supposedly made simply do not match my interest as a player.. It's not like I had a few millions there and I was living on the edge that I had to do something like that. I already had a lot of money that even voting for just one user a day I could not do because I didn't need that money. This will be my last message on the subject, I ask that if you still decide not to respect my claims, at least return the money I invested, I had 80 royal points that I did not use.

    I don't understand.. You were so worried about breaking the rules that you didn't bother to doublecheck the Account Sharing one we have as well...? :confused:

    So far you've said your brother had quit and you took his characters and turned them into mules. That goes beyond minor account sharing and for that alone is permanently bannable. On top of that, the Admin even verified your voting habits. The issue here (besides the account sharing) is that neither you, or your brother made a whitelist. Without that whitelist application we simply cannot verify someone's story just because they said so otherwise. That is why we have a whitelist application section. We need players from multiple households to make a whitelist application in order to be exempt from triggering the major vote abuse clause we have.

    I understand your frustration and dismay at the current outcome of this ban appeal. Allow me to answer your questions you have before closing this appeal as there is nothing we can do given the severity of the two rules in question that were broken.

    A. We have said time and time again, you had both failed to provide a whitelist application and continued to vote on both accounts as well as a sudden 3rd account Tim had mentioned above. (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you and your brother are two separate people in this context.)
    And on top of that, you had said that you had taken over your brother's accounts to play them for yourself which is under our Terms and Conditions.

    A. I totally understand you and I see where you are coming from. Believe me I do, however at the end of the day you had broken 2 major rules which is why a couple of Staff members had tried to explain it to you so far. I don't doubt at all that you worked hard to farm your mesos, however one of the other issues is you have taken over your brother's accounts which is against the rules, and since neither of you made any whitelist application you were flagged for vote abuse. All we see is 3 accounts voting continuously without any whitelist application. Whether you and your brother were voting separately and spending your NX separately versus you voting on all 3 accounts is essentially why we need whitelist applications to be made and accepted.

    A. I can't really confirm or deny that claim as I do not have access to that information, I'm sorry. I do trust Tim's judgement because he has been doing this for several years now. I still can't really confirm or deny how much you've spent or how much you have earned, however even if you didn't spend millions it doesn't justify the other elephant in the room... (taking over your brother's accounts to use as your own.)

    As for the donation bit, I'm not sure how it works because only the Owner can handle that as he's the only one with access to the donation stuff. :(

    I wish I had better news to tell you, I truly do. I'm sorry things had to end this way.

    First of all I want to thank you for your full and respectful response, it was obvious that you understood my feelings, what I didn't feel had happened until now from the rest of the team here. However, I feel that I am stuck in a kind of barrier to my understanding and feelings on your part, in a kind of certain fence that although I have the key to which the gate refuses to open. I understand that in terms of what you see - I have committed a crime. But on the other hand I come and present the reasons why this appears to you and I say specifically - I did not commit the offenses mentioned above.
    At Major Vote Abuse case:
    RogerFede IGN-
    My brother is a guy who just finished school,I told to my self that he will quit the game before he even gets to lv 15 ( the lv that you can start vote from as you know.)
    My opinion wasn’t correct, that took him a few days but he did. One day I was at work and recvied a phone call, that was my brother. He told me ״I just turned lv 10 now and did my 1st job, can you tell me which city should I move to buy glasses and cool stuff like yours?” I told him that he has to get lv 15 first. After 30 mins he called me again and said, comon tell me I’m 15 now. Told him to wait that I’ll get home and will explain him. He wasn’t patient and started to look for a guide at internet, found this and called me again, I just screamed on him “ don’t make it from house WI-FI and he said ok.
    If I had 1 mistake at this topic- this is the only one- that I said to myself that he has already voted and It’s too late to confirm you about another IGN. Made it just because I didn’t mind his serious to computer games, I knew that he will quit very soon.
    Any ways, from that moment we tried SUPER HARD not to joint votes, I called him every day and told him “ don’t forget to vote not from house Wi-Fi “
    I’m pretty sure that there are maybe but maybe 2-4 joint votes, you should understand that I’m a guy who works on shifts, one day I can work from 1am-10am and the other day 1pm-10pm, I'm human, sometimes it's hard for me to follow the actions of an 18 year old who doesn't really care about this game.
    is it worth ban to my 2years+ chars that have RPS and more than 100b? I don’t think so and that why I became very furious and nervous in last 2 days.

    From the day I got Alfonsod IGN I had never voted there, check the IPS please.
    As I said, I’m looking about NX just as a money incomefor new guys.. after I know what is to make 1-2b a day, I just didn’t care about this anymore.. that why I bought the max amount of RPS to my IGN and that all.

    SHARING ACCOUNTS PART:
    The sad part of this topic for me, it’s just you haven’t get me correct. And even after I tried to explain you keep say it again and again, I really felt that you want to stuck on this and not to listen to my arguements.
    I meant by became my mule- the stuff that was there/NX became mine and even this was just in case that my brother will return from army at weekends and will want to play some time at Royals.
    I didn’t meant to that it became to my IGN, why do I need it? If there was 15x godly char with crazy items I could make the logic, but comon there’s lv 30sin that has str with maybe 20-50m? Who cares about it..

    My friends, I understand your point of view, you have a certain defense system against pests. I jumped at you as someone who is harmful and the initial mechanism is to keep the harmful away as you did. I came and explained to you in these two days when I take out my heart and put it on the table in front of you. I ask you to use common sense and understand that there is a mistake here. A system is a great thing that keeps pests away but our purpose as humans who operate it is to recognize when there are exceptional cases and approve them according to our logic. I am sure that at least one of you is saying to himself: "This guy is right, could it be that he is about to be wronged here?" And my answer to you is yes, I am right and I want to ask you to prevent this injustice. I don't think it's right and right to destroy our acquaintances and our relationship over the years for such a questionable reason.

    If despite everything I presented, explained, felt and said here in front of you, you still decide that I should be removed, I will ask you to invite the person in charge so that he can explain to me how I can get the back my rest RPS that I deserved them.

    Please wait for the Admin's response as they are very busy and also have other ban appeals and other issues to attend to as well. :) I will be locking this until they are ready to respond. Please do not make another Ban Appeal because it will be closed and locked without a response.

    Tim has already stated you guys were voting on 3 accounts daily. If you were all separate people you should've applied to the whitelist before getting flagged for major vote abuse. :( He deemed it major vote abuse worthy already, so honestly I don't think there is anymore to talk about. But nonetheless, I've requested for them to do a follow up either way.

    Our vote logs clearly show that there have been many instances of double voting, sometimes triple voting, within 24 hours for accounts within the same household. Whether that was you or you and somebody else, this is not permitted as explained in the voting rules. If there are multiple players playing from the same household you must be approved on the voting whitelist prior to voting more than once per 24 hours per household, again as explained in the voting rules.
