the reason you had all those good items was because you vote on 3 of your accounts daily where some of them have characters specifically at lvl 50 to make use of the NX, your ban for vote abuse will remain

Unfortunately, you cannot. Once you receive a permanent ban, you as a person cannot play on Maple Royals again. That would be considered Ban Evasion, and your new accounts will receive a permanent ban as well.
