    Hi,

    i was playing this server long ago and quitted.
    I have redownloaded the game today to get back on playing.
    I am unable to log into my accounts and opened a thread on technical support who told me to post here.
    I can provide usernames but don't remember igns was playing so long ago.

    Last thing you did: I dont remember
    Why do you think you got banned?: I havnt played for long so i guess just blocked for inactivity

    I've forwarded this over to the Admins to take a further look since those IGNs were banned for hacking back in 2019. I'm not sure when the Admins will have time to get around to answering ban appeals however I do know once they find enough time to look into things they will respond here.

    At 2019 I wasn't playing for sure I was studying for my degree so I hope we will be able to fix this

    First of all thank you for the assistance.
    I am not able to reset my passwords I guessed it and got it wrong my account was locked.
    Also I think I am not able to get reset emails I think I might be referring to email belonged to other account will be glad if we can talk in private so I could get the right info needed.

    You have to wait for an Admin to answer over there on the post you had made, other Staff members do not have access to that section because it deals with sensitive materials such as account information. :(

    We had in the past (Feb 2021) a few hackers spam the ban appeal section with over 6+ pages of copy-paste ban appeals flooding our recourses with the accounts they gained access to got mass-banned, so by default we now have to require additional information by the player to gain access back to their account(s) if they are missing crucial information such as emails, etc. it could take unfortunately a bit longer to recover the account(s) if you are missing anything in that thread. I am unsure when they will find time to answer those posts as I do not know what the queue looks like over there so I am unable to give you a rough estimate, I'm sorry.

    I understand this is frustrating, I would be too in this situation. :'( but I assure you when they can get around to it they will.

    I'm sorry but I don't know what else I can tell you. We both have to wait for the Admin and one of them was on vacation and the other one has been working extremely hard for the upcoming new content. I truly am sorry the wait time is abysmal right now but there is nothing myself or other Staff can do-- we have to wait for the Admin. :(
