Sorry but my brother who is still actively playing told me that he was also banned when i applied for the self-ban. Could you lift his ban as he is still playing. His character names in each account are: Shadeyarse, AyeAyeCap, Bromeister, and 2 more accounts which he forgot his characters as what he told me. Thank you

 

We stay in the same household so i think we were IP banned which prevents him from playing. Would be nice if its possible to change this ban from an IP ban to an account ban. TY
