Hello, None of the IGNs you have listed are banned. However, the IP you are connecting from is. You will have to reset your router to get a different IP.
Hi, Actually I did reset my router before I opened this thread and it is still not working. I am connected to pc with cable and not using WIFI. After your reply, I tried again and this is still not working unfortunately.

You can log in, just not on your PC? Did I understand you correctly? You successfully changed your IP. The one you have now isn't banned, so I'm not really sure why you still wouldn't be able to log in.
