    I haven't received any warnings and I don't know if I've violated the rules. I'm sorry if I did. I hope that the permanent ban can be lifted and replaced with a time-limited punishment. Please

    I'm really sorry but if an Admin placed the ban and labelled it Major Vote Abuse then there is nothing we can really do going forward.. :( They are the ones who issue Vote Abuse bans and we have multiple warnings about Vote Abuse, specifically this one which is right underneath the voting section:

    Does that mean my account will never come back? Is there any way? I've been playing for 6 years. Is the first punishment permanent?

    The first punishment can be permanent if it exceeds the amount the Admins define Major-- please see the red bolded text under Vote Abuse rule I quoted. :(

    I don't know how long you did it for, or how many times you've done it for, or how many character you have used, only the Admins can verify that and issue the appropriate action. Unfortunately your account and you as a player are no longer allowed to play anymore. :(
