I am sorry but the Admins deemed it Major instead of Minor due to the severity of how many times you voted, and how many characters you had used. The rules are right underneath the voting section so saying you were not aware of this doesn't really make sense to me because every time you voted you were looking right at it. The quest Safe Adventures has a question about Voting multiple times where the answer is "I can only vote 1 time per day." I'm sorry but there isn't much we can do. You have gained a huge advantage over other players by voting so many times on 11 accounts daily. This ban will not be lifted.
That's why I tell you that you should check it again. never vote on 11 accounts. I think I voted on 2 or 3 accounts on some occasions
Those IGNs were listed along with ReydeN and NLRay in our Ban Log posted by the Admin. If that's the case then I will request an admin to do a follow up and they'll deliver the news when they can.

the amount of vote abuse you took part in is considered major and resulted in a permanent ban saying you were unaware of the rules and only doing it 2-3 times a day and not 11 doesnt help your case
