I have challenged the Dynamic Hair Medal however I am unable to receive the medal upon completing the challenge. I have tried forfeiting my other challenges in hopes to see if it will work but no avail. Any support is greatly appreciated.
Has this been resolved? Another player in the past claimed forfeiting + relogging resolved their issue (ref: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/unable-to-complete-dynamic-hair-challenge.157806/)
@LimeOnyx - Still unresolved. Did this person forfeit the dynamic hair challenge or other open challenges? I have tried to forfeit other open challenges however I am hesitant to forfeit the actual hair challenge at this point as I have already spent 100m on hair coupons to complete this challenge.
Update: I ended up forfeiting the challenge and retrying it, this time as soon as the quest was completed and notification of quest completion showed up on bottom right - a lightbulb from Maple Administrator popped up on my head and I was able to double click on it and obtain the medal. also S/O to Gert for being AWESOME!!!
