As there are only a few choices of Forum themes, would it be possible to add more? Hey Dave, do you have any Xenforo 1 theme recommendations as well? I don’t think our Forum is compatible with Xenforo 2 themes atm. I will ask our Web Dev tho.

I desperately want us to not maintain several themes once we migrate to XenForo 2. It is a pain in the backside and causes a myriad of tiny problems because each theme needs to be micromanaged and modified separately to make things play nice (you probably remember instances, possibly affecting yourself, when someone couldn't see a certain thing on the forum and it turned out that the culprit was a certain theme that I hadn't modified specifically for that purpose). For the same reason I really, really don't want to micromanage even more themes when we remain on the current version of the forum.

I think the whole UI of the forum should be updated. Gives me a very old & outdated vibe. Certainly, there are better options and new tools out there that can make the user experience much better on the forum.
As Chok has already given an answer, moving this to closed. The forum could be modernized, however as both player and staff, there's very little on the player side that I find is lacking. I'd be more excited for proper staff features. For example, market threads shouldn't need to be moderated by a physical person for bumping rules, and support threads should have a form to fill out, or an entire new ticket system should be made.
