    The purpose of this thread is to gather any and all issues that were not in the game before but were introduced with the recent patch, which you can read about here.

    Currently known issues:
    • (Rare cases) Screenshots causing crash

    These issues were fixed since last patch:
    • Opening and closing the settings window, then hovering on an offline guild member would cause a crash
    • Clock UI not reopening after exiting cash shop
    • Cannot put chairs, or move chairs already put on quick slot
    • Party HP mark is in fact not turned off by default
    • Clock UI slowly drifting away from actual server time
    • Maps that had Mini Dungeons or Ranking room portals removed will sometimes cause issues due to the portal(s) not working correctly:
      • Rain-Forest East of Henesys
      • Ant Tunnel II
      • Sleepy Dungeon IV
      • The Dragon Nest Left Behind
      • Destroyed Dragon Nest
      • Battlefield of Fire and Water
      • Sahel 2
      • Eos Tower 76th ~ 90th Floor
      • Red-Nose Pirate Den 2
      • Lab - Area C-1
      • Bowman Instructional School
      • Warriors' Sanctuary
      • Navigation Room
    • The World Map fixes were accidentally reverted for the following areas:
      • Ghost Ship
      • Singapore
      • Malaysia
      • Eastern China.
    • Mystic Scroll Ledger got accidentally reverted.
    • Crashing when fighting Snackbar in Mu Lung Dojo.
    • Crashing when sailing from South Perry to Lith Harbor
    • APQ Loot notifications.
    • (Rare cases) Disconnecting when selecting a new channel

    If you are experiencing an issue not currently listed here, please reply to this thread with as much detail as you can give.

    For anyone looking for a fix to the Windows Defender "Backdoor" situation, I have commented about the situation here.

    Relevant information could include:
    1. Is it reproducible? If so, please explain how you trigger the issue
    2. Are you running WZ or IMG files? And have you tried the other?
    3. What operating system are you running? (including version, e.g. Windows 11 or macOS Catalina)

    I can't even install the new patch my anti-virus keeps on deleting it without the option of recovering :(

    Which antivirus software are you using? And have you tried to put the MapleRoyals folder as excluded?
    If you are using Windows Defender, you can easily do this by opening "Virus & threat protection", then under "Virus & threat protection settings" you click on the Manage Settings button, scroll all the way down and click on "Add or remove exclusions", then press "Add an exclusion" > Folder and select the installation directory for MapleRoyals (default is at C:\MapleRoyals)

    Same here. And it's recognizing files within the game as giving remote access ("backdoor"), for some reason.

    Try what I mentioned above with the antivirus, and if your installer is not working, try to add your downloads folder as an excluded folder as well

    I've tried WZ and IMG on different computers both windows 10.

    a. Disconnected upon entering the laser stage in Auf Haven.
    b. Disconnected upon death/atking at Core Blaze in Auf Haven.
    c. Disconnected at Ice Valley 2 with using ultimate on mages and or looting etcs.
    d. Disconnected when changing channels.
    1. Are you running WZ or IMG files? And have you tried the other?
    I am running IMG files and I have not tried WZ files.
    1. What operating system are you running? (including version, e.g. Windows 11 or macOS Catalina)
    I am running Windows 11.

      I use 4 mages and 1 looter(NL) and farm in ulu1.
      situation 1 : randomly dc 1 mage when I just attack on mage.
      situation 2 : randomly dc 2 mages at the same time when I just attack.
      situation 3 : looter dc when looting.
      situation 4 : looter dc when selling equip to NPC.

      I am running IMG files and I have not tried WZ files.

      I am running Windows 10 and Windows 8.

      Getting consistent crashes when reaching round 24 (Snackbar) of the Mu Lung Dojo.
      Specifically happens when I run solo, and when I start attacking Snackbar. Not attacking him seemingly allows him to attack and move freely, the crash occurs shortly after I've started doing damage to him.

      (I saw a party preparing to attempt the dojo and go inside while I was in the dojo lobby, but I wasn't able to ask them if they had similar crashes occur, hence I specified that this happens while I'm solo'ing.)

    2. Are you running WZ or IMG files? And have you tried the other?
      I'm running WZ files, I have not tried WZ files.

      Windows 10
    EDIT:
    I was able to run into a party and do a run with them to see if the Snackbar crash persisted in Party Play.

    The crash occurred exactly the same way and all 3 of us were disconnected from the game shortly after starting to attack Snackbar.

    Only one of my acc dcs when I enter Cash Shop. All of my other accs have no issue entering Cash Shop. :0

    DC randomly -- common issue raised by the rest already
    DC upon entering Cash Shop -- happened to me once out of the three times I entered Cash Shop

      1. Client automatically terminates after selecting a channel during login
    2. Are you running WZ or IMG files? And have you tried the other?
      1. Initially was using IMG files and then tested with WZ files too. Same issue observed in Point 1. Did a clean uninstall, reboot, install, reboot just to be sure on each occasion but the same issue persists. Tried different chars and also the same issue
    3. What operating system are you running? (including version, e.g. Windows 11 or macOS Catalina)
      1. Windows 10

    Not sure what this question means the computer lingo I am not familiar with, ,the issue I am having is that it disconnects after I enter my PIC, every time. Before the patch I was able to log on and play and shortly before the patch it started to do that, not it does it continuously.

    I do not understand this Im an old newb please explain?

    Anniversary NPCs are on maple island.
    The animation that plays when you talk to shank and sail for Victoria Island caused my client to disconnect.
    I am unable to assign The Relaxer you get from the early quest to a hotkey. I see this is already listed.

    When using IceSplitter/Flamethrower Macro as sair in Zakum it freezes the client instantly as the key is pressed.
    Can't recover the client.
