500 dragon skin not counted hope for refund

 

Did you collect those when you started the horntail prequest for the first time? The horntail prequest etcs have a different ID from the 1st completion compared to the other completions.

 

i farmed those 500 after accpting elixir quest

 

Was it the first time you accepted the quest? The etc's required for the first time differs from subsequent turn ins.
