It's one of my accounts... I made the mistake of using a programming language so that it is training only while I was sleeping (that account is already banned) I accept the consequences and I accept my mistake... I don't use a program other than Phytom programming language ... Since it wasn't an installable software, I thought it wasn't prohibited... Thank you for being honest with us, but using any form of hacks, macro-program, or script to control your character is an automatic permanent ban and the ban cannot be lifted.
