Closed Hey, got banned for unknown reason, please help

    ALL Your Character Names: I don't remember all of them, one of them might've been Th3Gr8Sharko (or TheGr8Sharko).. I can PM a GM my account ID (or is there a way to recover the names myself?)
    Last thing you did: I think I was grinding at chronos with my lvl 44 char, or in CPQ's Lobby.
    Why do you think you got banned?: Honnestly, no idea.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional): Again, no idea.

    I can't think of a single thing I've done in the last couple of weeks or even months besides grinding and pqing (KPQ/CPQ). I vote once a day for one user, and have been for the last 3 or so years. I've played in this server for years and spent a LOT of time playing it (main about lvl 140 bishop, and NL about lvl 90+), please help me with this issue.

    P.S: tried to reset my router already, didn't work.

    You don't appear to be banned. Could you please restart your router again and get a different IP address?

    It seems that your attempt(s) to restart your router to obtain a new IP address have been unsuccessful. Please follow the directions from the link I have provided above and see if it results in a different outcome.

    If that does not work for you, it's possible you may need to attempt to connect to the game thru a VPN, as I do in fact see that your current IP address you're trying to connect from is banned (from another user of your ISP in the past).

    Hey, followed the guide and it worked, thanks a lot! By the way, is there really a point to IP ban someone if he can just do the same?
    It seems like it only effects random people who don't know how to reset their router properly like myself xD
