It looks like your accounts were hacked and were banned to prevent further damage You will have to go to the Control Panel and change your credentials here: https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only. You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/ Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private. Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of.
Also my second account seems to be working its fine i play on that 1 till my main gets fixed up right ?
Yes. You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.

The support request subforum can only be viewed by an admin. You may also see thread created by yourself if you've already made one.
