Appearently I report this bug because I wasted a CSS yesterday on a clean item, this scroll is not suppose to consume with a item doesn't have failed slots, hope this is fixable. (There is also a chance you can boom a fully upgraded item if you are LUCKY enough ) Another minor bug here, if you have white scroll in your inventory, when trying to scroll a 0 slot item you can still trigger the white scroll UI even if none of them gotta be consumed, this one doesn't affect game much like above but feels wired so fix it too please.
I found the latter bug myself at some point, but I did not know about the former (using css on clean equips.) Was able to replicate the issue, thanks for the report, forwarded to the devs
