One is that the voting system was not working properly today and it showed errors all day long, so I tried voting multiple times until it worked. The second thing is that I tried logging into my account using hotspot when I was on the train back from work, and it gave me this error: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection". I got scared so I asked my friend to try to log into my account from his pc because I had 3 hours before I could get back home. He successfuly logged into my account, so I was relieved. He entered one of my characters just to make sure it works and logged out right after. Nothing else happened, you can see that in your logs I think. But now I got home and I get the same error when trying to log into it from my pc. Also, I don't know if this is related, but I generally play using different 2 pcs. I have my desktop at home, and I have a laptop that I take with me when I spend time at my brother's apartment. All I wanted to do is play some maple after a really really long and frustrating day, and I come back home to this, and it's so saddening. Thank you. The only reason I asked my friend to log into my account was to see if it's banned. And it wasn't, the IP on the hotspot was probably just blocked. And because of that it's banned now...
Regarding the last things I did before going offline, just to be more specific, I did those the things I mentioned and then opened a shop in FM before I went to sleep, and when I woke up I logged off.
Hey Bacon, I'd like to ask you please to have someone look at my ban appeal. This is a really minor case, all I did was ask another friend who plays the game to log into my account for a moment just to make sure it's ok because I couldn't connect with a hotspot and I thought I was banned. I feel bad that my friend got banned because of me too. We are both new and have never done anything wrong, and while I know this isn't an excuse, I'd still appreciate if you gave us another chance. Seeing that this isn't a big case, and that admin reviews that weeks or months, I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a quick look and maybe just give us a shorter ban with a warning. We've really enjoyed this game and it'd be a shame to leave it so soon just because of a small misunderstaning.
Hello. Unfortunately, this isn’t just a small misunderstanding. You accepted the servers Terms & Conditions when you made your account/character(s). Only an admin can review your case at this point. There are only two currently and both are extremely busy. I have already pinged them about it, so they will review it in the order that it was received.
