Actions taken on my end: according to your guide on bans I changed my IP and the problem still persists. i have been having this problem for at least 2 months but havent had the time to trouble shoot this issue till now.
Hello, Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking. What you are describing is a MAC Ban. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access mapleroyals. You should disable your faulty MAC addresses in order to connect to the game.
