IGN: Momijichan Time: around 2022/10/20 04:00 (GMT) around 2022/10/21 03:00 (GMT) Details: I am used to voting every day during my time zone around 11:00~13:00 (GMT+8hours) Most of the time I use my cellphone to complete the voting, only a few times by using my laptop. But these two days I found that I can't vote successfully, it showed different problems in these two days. The first day showed the message" Failed verification, please solve the hcaptcha above this text and try again." when I saw that, I closed my google chrome page and try again, but still the same message showed. So I turn on my laptop to vote and this time it works. (But here's another story that I didn't get the NX......) When I use my cellphone to vote today, the other problem happened. There's a message showed "Something went wrong, please try again later!" After I tried two times and it didn't work, I gave up for fear that I am regarded as a revoter. (I tried with my cellphone two times, and with my laptop one time but all failed. )
The issue lies with Gtop100's captcha provider Matt has informed them about it, we can only wait for the issue to be resolved
Switching from Firefox to Chrome worked for me. I am not staff but I'm pretty sure that trying more times for the same account won't be an issue.
If it doesn't work, refresh the page with the captcha and redo the captcha and click vote, repeat until it works. Sometimes it takes a few tries. I've never had to wait; I just refresh.

Yes! by Sen's method When the pictures (puzzles) are generated, wait for at least one minute, (I wait for over 90 seconds) Then click vote and it works. Hope it will help you!
Well...I'm not sure. Every time my vote failed, I used a screenshot as an evidence in case I'm seen as a revoter.
