Now that we have people to test the new content, is there any methods to keep them from telling their friends what to buy and sell for the next patch while everyone else knows nothing til a blogpost shows up? seems a little suspicious the way the market has drastically changed towards specific jobs. anyone can share their thoughts?
I think this is mostly just a mix trolling and hype for melee characters getting content where they shine (hopefully ) I believe back when Von Leon was previewed (like a year ago ) melee/close combat classes were speculated to be superior to ranged classes. From my perspective, this was partially due to a community effort in the feedback section to shorten the gap between premier bossing classes and weaker ones to create a more healthy bossing atmosphere. It doesn't surprise me much that a lot of players are gearing up their melee classes once VL release date was announced, it's players getting ready for new content
I expect Von Leon will be kinda like LHC or CWKPQ where it's good exp or rewards for progressing mid-game characters. But, in the super end game (lvl 200+ bossing), things like Neo Tokyo, Auf, or HT will probably be better for making mesos. So probably NL will still be #1 class to main long term in most people's eyes. I could be wrong.
we can ban them after they tested the content, that way they quit before telling their friends, obviously
All staff members are prohibited from gaining any sort of advantage over other players. If you notice any staff members breaking the rules (e.g. purchased a large amount of MTK before patch 82, and/or leaking VL mechanics and drops beforehand), please make a report in private!
