FIXED - by redownloading through another mirror link , can close ihad no problems until i went to shanghai map and as soon as i clicked to go there i got dced now each time i log in it keeps crashing,. I wonder if you guys could please dislocate my character back to any other map. THANKS ! zZSin
Your game files are corrupted, even if the Staff re-locate you, you would likely crash in other maps Uninstall > restart PC > install You may update here if the issue persists upon performing the steps above
Hi i tried it already, still crashes and shows error - 2213***** (invalid pointer) can someone log in to my character and get it out ?

This error code would mean outdated game files though Are you sure your game installer is the latest version? WZ / IMG setup 24.10.22 (1.95 GB) Could you upload a screenshot of your Royals folder content as well? Edit: never mind, just realized issue is resolved as per shoutbox message
