Hello, Neither of those IGNs you provided are banned, and your IP address is not banned as well. I will PM you for your Username and hopefully see why you can't connect. Do not put your Username on here, as this is a public forum.
I checked the Username you provided, and it is not banned either. You do not have an Account ban, an IP ban, or a MAC ban. I am unsure why you aren't able to connect. When you try to sign into the game with the username you provided me, you get the "This ID has been deleted or blocked. Please check again" message?
I logged onto royals.ms and it says my account is locked due to too many login attempts - trying to recover my account information now.
I posted at https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/ to recover my account. I'm not sure how often these are checked - could you possibly forward this request to someone? Thank you.
Only the Admins have access to the Support Request thread, as it deals with sensitive information. The GMs cannot access it. As long as you followed the steps in the thread to give the Admins all the information necessary to prove you are the owner of the account you are attempting to recover, they will answer you on that thread. It will take some time, unfortunately, since the Admins are always busy, but it will be answered. Since there is nothing more the GMs can do for you, I will close this appeal.
