Ok I know theres been a lot of posts on this subject & I'm sure staff is tired of hearing my half baked ideas, but hear me out... To me, needing to spend a bunch of money on AP resets to increase HP incrementally over time, I can live with that. And if washing a character only involved buying a certain amount of AP resets, and having the freedom to do this at whatever level you want, that would be OK IMO. But the bigger issue to me is the INT washing; needing to add INT to a character to increase MP gained on level up so that you have more MP to wash, etc. This basically renders a character useless until endgame and compacts inactivity in early/mid game content. And with INT washing, you're sort of on a timeline; you can't put this off, you need to start your character with this tedious & convoluted process. Here's my suggestion: Add a quest similar to the HP quest, but this quest adds MP. And the MP gain would be significantly more than the HP quest gains, since you still need to use AP resets to convert the MP into HP. This way, AP reset market stays mostly the same. It's not giving out free HP, you still need to buy AP reset & wash it out. For example, I'd really like to start an MM, but I basically have to pump it full of INT until who knows when. If I knew I could get more MP to wash later, whenever I want, I'd feel a lot better about it. Even if its still expensive in terms of AP resets, I would have the freedom of dealing with this aspect later on. Thoughts? Any glaring flaws here? Forget my specifics, just any way to get more MP at a rate faster than the HP from HP quest would take a load off the INT washing, wouldn't necessarily make the HP quest obsolete, nor would it ruin demand for AP resets (since you'd still need them!)
