I'm debating on using 7 100%s or 7 60%s to scroll my weapon, which has a higher chance of getting me more attack?

I could take 10 minutes coding up a quick script to simulate thousands of scrolling attempts, but I'm hoping someone here is good at math and can just tell me?

In practice the expected value is a bit higher, because most people would chuck away the weapon and get a new one if there was a failure on the first 1 - 2 scrolls. So this would make the expected value around 5/7 successes

Personally I like to start off with a 10% and if it's successful then I'll go through my streak of 60%s.
