Dickdan thank you I always wanted to host one but never able to finish it. My idea was the mega million jackpot where number aren’t generated by anything,will be on tv. Limit to 20 tickets per person. Winner only take 50% and the rest will be on the follow jackpots

Shoutout to my boy Dan for finally figuring out a way to increase xbox arrow sales.

 

I always thought this was against the rules which is why I never hosted it myself even though I considered it years ago. If this is legit, it needs to be backed by an actual staff member or Dann can legitimately just walk away with all the mesos without any sort of punishment. Not saying he will, but honestly though, why shouldn't he?

Let me break this down for you in a way where I hope it makes more sense:

Google's Definition: a means of raising money by selling numbered tickets and giving prizes to the holders of numbers drawn at random
By this definition, he's able to sell numbered tickets for a chance to win a prize.

What it Covers:
- He has to sell you a ticket
- There has to be a chance of you winning a prize

What it Doesn't Cover:
- The chance of you winning does not have to be equal for every participant
- The prize stated in the post does not have to be the same as the prize given
- Whether or not he can win the lottery himself
- Whether he can give away tickets to other players at no charge
- Probably other stuff I haven't even thought of yet

If we focus on the legality of this, he's already held his part of the deal which means that if he just walks away with the mesos, it doesn't violate any of the rules.
We can't exactly compare it to leech because that's a 1:1 exchange service that has been touched on by the rules in the past.
In a prize pool lottery, there are too many variables for staff to investigate (and I highly doubt they'd want to).

I don't actually think he will *scam* anyone, but if he does, it'll be a shitstorm. Do you really think this is okay?

I'd imagine you still follow the blacklist, it took like 2-3weeks to get that recent APR drop trade scammer Fayz to get banned. Enough evidence was finally acquired and while he scammed more than 10b, it took so long time to get enough evidence, thankfully he was perma banned on first instance.

I think there's more than enough evidence here to warrant an instant perma ban as its all documented, the transactions.

TLDR: I think its a cool community experience and there is enough public logs to get him punished ASAP if it results in a scam

 

If dickpot is a dickscam then let it be a dickban

 

I mean he can easily make a random character and register it as a fake entry that way theres no way he can lose
